After a DIY attempt at installing a ceiling fan at my older mother-in-law's apartment turned out to be a bit more involved than expected, we reached out to Thumbtack and Yelp professionals for help -- We were very happy to work with Alex at DIY GINGER GUY after he reached out to us. He was very responsive in written messages and responding to the request for a phone call and came out later the same day to provide an estimate.
He came back a few days later to complete the work, on time and as scheduled. While I was available for the initial estimate, I was not available to be there for the work itself. I am very glad to have found Alex to perform this work, as both my mother-in-law and I felt very comfortable with not only his ability to perform the work, but to be responsive and respectful.
